During the long Raya and Merdeka holiday, I received a call from my brother asking if it's possible to get a room in Ktan on that day itself. I was kinda surprise and frankly, a lil disbelief ;)
Luckily the hubby managed to get a room for them in Hyatt during this peak season and within the next 3 hours, my bro arrived in Ktan with the rest of his family! LOL I love last minute surprises ;)
They were here for 3 days 2 nights and most of the time spent by the beachside since there's basically nothing much to do here.. Most of the eateries were closed as well and the town was kinda dead. I braved myself to fit in my bikini and bare my 8 month big tummy. Definitely an eye catcher though and my sis-in-law jokingly warned me to beware of my tummy when I'm in the pool. Those kids might thought it's a ball and start kicking away wtf.
The weather was fantastic, God had been very kind to me ;)
Bought kites from nearby stall and in the end all the 3 kites got stuck high up on trees...
With the hubby. I had my tube top on to minimize the shocking effect to public, although occasionally I still had eyes on me.. WHAT?? Never see pregnant lady before arr??? ;(
Bro and the hubby..
Be warned of the pic below...
Rare pic to show how much weight I've gained... fml
Chilling under sheds and watching over the boys flying kites...
I love love family day like this...
And just in case u missed me.. ;)
Never see pregnant lady camwhore before arrrrr????
My only niece with his favourite uncle ;)
My niece and my son ;)
My nephew Jayearn enjoying his pizza and Tiger... haha!
At night, we spent some time playing with candles and lantern by the beach. It was kinda crowded though since it was public holiday and we even had our pictures taken by a stranger.. who looked and dressed like a reporter!
This post ends abruptly here cos I'm in need to catch my afternoon nap.
G'nite.... zzz.z.z.z..z.......

My LOVE HATE relationship with pregnancy
Updated: 26th Aug 2011
1. People always make way for me in every crowded place.
2. Strangers (especially mums) started chatting away with me about baby preparation, arrival, what to expect, etc..
3. I have to literally roll out of bed the mission impossible style.
4. I lie aimlessly on my bed trying so hard to sleep but got mad pissed at the hubby for snoring away next to me, out of anger, I woke him up just because... :)
5. When I accidentally dropped something on the floor, I actually questioned if I need to pick it up. If yes, I wish it'll just fly up.
6. Getting weird stares from strangers, especially older people, when I wore something tight.. they were showing that kinda are-u-trying-to-strangle-your-baby's look.
7. Went to public toilet and struggle to get in the small cubicle, getting down the squatting toilet seemed like heck, getting up seemed near to impossible and then struggle to open the door and tried not to knock on my belly when getting out.
8. When I just finish peeing and the next 5 minutes I have to go again!
9. I spend hours sitting in front of my wardrobe hoping for miracle to happen because nothing fits and I'm sick of wearing the same outfit over and over again.
10. I struggle just to put on my underwear...
11. Waking up at 3am and start looking for food in the kitchen like a rat.
12. I have every intention to clean up the house but just the thought of getting up makes me tired...
13. Watching birthing show from YouTube and cry like a baby everytime I see a baby born and hear that first cry.
14. I can no longer see my :) without mirror assistance.
15. When I was queuing for my turn to the changing room the SA actually asked if I need a sit.
16. When I went wet market, random people always asked me to watch my steps.
17. I struggle to take off my once-used-to-be-too-loose wedding ring due to water retention.
18. When I went shopping and looked at XS body fitting top which I assume I'll be able to wear after delivery, I get weird stares from strangers from head to toe :(
19. When I tried on high heels, I also get weird stares from the SA and I made myself silly by struggling to buckle up the straps.
20. Tiniest thing made me cry for no apparent reason but the very next minute i might be laughing myself silly for behaving this way.
21. Reaching to trim my toenail seemed like yoga act.
22. Went shopping and head straight to baby department, it makes me realize I no longer consider myself a priority.
23. I start to wear my trousers up over my belly button! High-waisted pants rocks yo! ;)
24. Went to salons for hair wash and ended up looking 10 years older.. most stylist trying to style my hair to suit my bump!
25. Having kids coming near me, kissing my babybump and asking if I'm keeping a baby inside.
26. Walking in the mall for less than half an hour is even more tiring than shopping in Bangkok the entire day!

Life in pictures!
Not in the mood to blog yet. Let the pictures do the talking..
Bunny having Babyplus lesson daily at 8am and 5pm :) He's at Lesson 6 so far.. 10 more lessons to go!
Spotted this cute bedding set for bunny and still indecisive whether to get it or not cos it's tad pricey, around RM200+.. *sigh* Why are babies stuffs so expensive one??
Bought iPad2 from Apple Store online and they have this service to laser words on it. So here goes: "Ivan and Cryst.. Happily ever after" LOL!!
Was deciding if I should give away/ sell these accessories I'd collected for years since I rarely wear them nowadays..
Was back in Taiping for over a week the my niece!
Followed mum to the morning market and realized I still love this place a lot!
Morning scenery in Taiping Lake Gardens, I bet you can't find any other place like this!
Nephew and niece having fun in the lake gardens..
Bestie Sheauwen paid a visit when I was in Taiping. The last time I saw her was during my wedding monthssss ago..
Had sunset seafood dinner with the parents, in-laws and the hubby in Kuala Sepetang. It's a small village near to Taiping. The sunset was beautiful.. heard the locals spotted dolphins over there but luck wasn't on my side..
Cleared up my wardrobe to make space for little bunny's. That little guy occupied almost quarter of my wardrobe space already! Need to get new wardrobe for him!
Babybump at 24.5 weeks. Many commented it looks small but I've gained 10kgs so far! *swt* I've outgrown many clothes.. I no longer could fit into the top I just wore last week :( Just gotta keep reminding myself, "I'm not fat.. I'm just growing a baby..."
Till then!
Till then!

Mum-to-be and still Being Cryst!
I was browsing through pregnancy portraits online as I'm planning to have one when I'm about 7-8 months preggie. And it suddenly hit me hard - Gosh! I need to take some pics. Right NOW!!
Started off with kinda normal pic, had difficulties setting my tripod due to space constrain.
Yes, that's my belly button getting smaller and smaller and about to protrude! My tummy is about 34 inches now OMG OMG!! But yet, a lot of people commented my tummy looks small for a 5th month pregnancy -_-" Ah well, I don't really mind a bigger tummy and chubbier body as long as bunny is healthy ;)
Looks bigger from this angle yeah? ;)
Would be better if I have a plain background though..
Errr... some kinda... halfway done yoga pose? -_-"
And then... Dada wanted to join in the fun!
I really love this shot ;) ... cos cannot see my face...
With reference books that I'm currently reading... trying very hard to finish up before I due..
And here comes my Award Winning Shot!!
I took this myself can you believe it?? Muahahahaha!!!!!! *evil grin*
That's about 30% of the total pics I took. Perhaps I should just consider taking pics myself rather than getting a professional photographer. Can save money to buy milk... (still being Cryst ok!)
As of today, I'm 22 weeks 4 days pregnant and I'm enjoying every single moment of my pregnancy! ;)

'Pintu Sejuk' made a pregnant lady happier ;)
My ex-colleagues from Nikko came visiting 2 weeks ago. We booked a family suite in Swiss Garden for a night and spent the entire weekends yakking non-stop. It's an annually gathering (sort of) since everyone been busy with work. I love spending time with them! I seriously do! ;)
We had been calling our batch the Best In Town since year ago, sounds lame I know. I forgot how we started calling ourselves with this name but I just love it.. 'Cos no doubt we're the Best In Town!
Didn't manage to swim and play any watersports though cos they were holidaying with a pregnant lady, haha! I'm so sorry but I promise I'll repay whatever I owe you girls!!! :P We were trying to snap picture of our feet and obviously they were too clean. So we ended up stepping on each other to look more 'beachy'!
I know I don't look that pregnant here. Black does the trick ok! And yes, I'm wearing my shorts with the help of Belly Belt! When they first saw me they were like, "Hey?!! Where's your tummy??" LOL!!!
True Tan was there too, haha! Inside joke :P
We had our dinner in Chinese Restaurant in the hotel itself cos the Western food failed us in the afternoon. We had hi-tea and the foods were lousy, poor service and bad hygiene! Dinner was just ok but definitely much better than the hi-tea we had earlier on.
And spent good time camwhoring and gossiping in the hotel lobby after our dinner. We had a few passerby that helped us to take picture and the last good Samaritan was in fact an old Malay uncle who can't even hold my camera properly and struggle to look through his lenses. In the end, he took the best shot that night! Never judge a book by its cover ok!
Aunty Hernie bought these all the way from Singapore for bunny! Thank you Aunty Hernie!! ;) She's definitely the best girl to work with and I still miss working night shift with her ;)
Cecilia is a mighty little chilli padi. Weighing less than 30kgs (can you imagine that?!!), she had few tattoos on her back, I wonder how she survived the pain. And she is also the girl who helped me out a lot with my wedding dinner in Boulevard ;)
I joined Nikko with same time with sweet Sukie. We spend good quality times together back then but unfortunately she left shortly after. Oh well, she's also the one that sorta matchmake the hubby and I ;)
And this is crazy hot housewife Ami! LOL!!! Days will never be boring with her around! And she's also the one I keep in touch with the most after Nikko.
We spent most of our time in the hotel room chatting and updating our lives for the past one year. It's a special bond that we had and I'm truly blessed having a bunch of friends like these ;)
Love my dress and bag I got from previous trip in Bali! I should have bought more maxi dresses like this, it's so comfy to be worn during my pregnancy days!
We headed down to Kuantan town for lunch with the hubby. Yes, we used to be colleagues! ;)
They left by Cecilia's car later and from that very moment, I'm counting down the days till we meet again - during my bunny's fullmoon!!

Life as it is..
I've settled down in Kuantan for half a year. Time really flies. I still remember being all anxious with my new life and new environment. And just in a blink of eye, I made it through the first 6 months..
Now that I'm pregnant, the plan to get a job here failed, obviously. Many asked and commented it's not impossible to work during pregnancy, many people continue working till they're due. Yes, it's not impossible to work, but it's impossible to get a new job. I'm sure no company will be stupid enough to hire an employee to work for few months and go on maternity for another 2-3 months. And I myself don't feel good to keep my pregnancy as a secret if I'm to apply for a job during early pregnancy. I didn't want to spoil my resume.
So like it or not, I'll be a full time housewife for another year till my baby is born. Of course, I'd love to be back to the society and occupy my time doing something, rather than being at home on-lining, watching movie, shopping, and doing nothing.
Many ladies out there dream on being a full time housewife. Life is carefree. You don't have to drag your ass off the bed early in the morning, braving through the jam to get to work, spend hectic day at work and work like a horse till end of the day, all you get is stress, stress and more stress. I'm not a very ambitious person by nature. I admit, I can't commit all my time and all my life to work, it sucks. All I want is a stable 9-5 job, 5 days a week to kill time. A job that revolves with something I like is a plus point.
But still, I don't know how am I coping after the arrival of my bundle of joy. Send to daycare? Or perhaps by that time, I'll opt to be full time 100% good stay at home mummy. I don't know.
Now that I have another 6 months to spend before it's arrival, I'm thinking of doing something that I don't have the chance and time to do when I was working. I'm looking for yoga center around that has prenatal yoga classes. I'm thinking of doing some crafting but it's kinda hard to get the craft materials in Kuantan. I'm also thinking of starting online business once again, selling some imported stuff but still in the midst of researching. I've just bought a baking book last week and I shall stop procrastinating. I used love baking. And I shall start preparing healthy sandwiches for my teatime.
Talking about sandwiches, there's a cafe in Kuantan that serves super-delicious sandwiches! Frankie Sandwiches Cafe that situated in Starcity is my all time favorite dining place ;) I love sandwiches, I could live my days with only sandwiches. My favorite is Frankie Club Sandwich, the ingredients went off so well together! The crispy turkey bacon, fresh lettuce, melted cheddar cheese, chicken slice, a hint of onion taste and the creamy aromatic mustard sauce enough to make me salivate just by imagining.
And the best part? They brew really good coffee!! That's a plus point!! :) Sandwiches and coffee are in a pair, you just can't separate them..
I love the even combination of coffee and cocoa in rich creamy milk, topped with think foam and sprinkled with lots of cocoa powder!!
Gosh, just by describing how delicious they are.. I'm hungry once again.. -_-"
Off to get some food yo!

Short time nomad
Taiwan for 8 days, Taiping for a week and KL for another week. Here I am now in Kuantan finally.
I'm back! :)
Had priceless time spent back in hometown doing nothing and lazing around everyday. Having my mum to take care of my meal and laundry all day was awesome! LOL... Then I had plenty of amazing time back in KL, shopped alone like how I used to and spent quiet moment having good cup of coffee and people watch.
Now I'm back in Kuantan and having hubby by my side all day.
I'm so happy with my life..

11.1.11 auspicious number wtf
I woke up this morning and asked the hubby what should we do at 11:11am? He looked at me confused and I told him it's 11th Jan 2011 today, so at 11:11am it's gonna be 110111-1111!!! ;) He turned away and ignored me wtf.
Went shopping alone in the afternoon to get CNY shoes. I've bought 7 sets of new CNY clothes and will be going KL for a day trip next week for last minute shopping. I usually got more new clothes but this year... ah, well :( Settled with 2 heels from Vincci and will look for another leopard print ballet flats.
And yes, I need a new bag as well!
Got a new haircut last week. Visited Park from Min & Shunji Matsuo in Bangsar and told her to do anything she likes.
And so I got a shoulder length hair now and I'm loving it! Was actually expecting for a shorter length. Maybe next time. And yesterday I coloured my own hair using Liese Bubble Hair Colour in Ash Brown! ;) It's really easy and I've loving the shade too. Will try Sweet Pink and Platinum Beige next time.
New year, new hair, new life. Lame.
And this is my first year giving out angpow!! o_O I'd prefer receiving angpow though *sigh* Saw few pretty red packet in Living Cabin and thought I might just get a few nice one for my nephews, niece and close friends..
Any idea where got get more pretty red packets??
Blogged this half-heartedly cos I'm lazy to blog about my Bali trip today.
Last pic to end this post.
SURPRISE!!! :D
